Beverly Gava

As Chief People Officer, Bev plays a crucial role in shaping the organization’s culture, driving talent and retention strategy, and fostering employee engagement.  Bev also serves as a key member of the leadership team, influencing strategic decisions that impact both business performance and employee engagement.

Bev is originally from San Diego and has lived in Maine for 21 years.  She is mom to three boys and two very spoiled Doodles.  Her favorite place to unwind is at camp on Long Pond in the Belgrade Lakes region.  Bev is also a huge soccer fan and can be found cheering on the Portland Hearts of Pine at home games, club events, and even making the trip to some away matches.
