Position OVERVIEW:

The Client Support Associate is a key contributor and resource for Client Advisors, Client Relationship Associates, as well as clients. This role provides a wide range of internal administrative support to other client service colleagues and Client Advisors in the provision of service to our clients. 

KEY RESPONSIBILiTIES:

Client Relationship Associate & Client Advisor Support

  • Provides direct support and assistance to certain Client Advisors, Client Relationship Associates as well as clients.
  • Acts as a liaison between our clients and other professionals, including attorneys, accountants, and custodians.
  • Preparation of a wide variety of materials and analyses for clients and advisors, including detailed financial planning illustrations, contracts, statistical charts, performance reports, and other written communications.
  • Serves as a back-up to certain Client Relationship Associates, as needed.

Financial Database, Records Maintenance and Reporting

  • Generation and verification of certain materials provided to clients, including quarterly reports, fee statements, and any other special reporting requests made by clients and Client Advisors.
  • Retention of all client correspondence, contracts and custodial documentation. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 2 - 3 years of prior work experience in the investment, stock brokerage, or bank trust profession.
  • Prior experience using the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams. Prior experience using Tamarac and Money Guide Pro.
  • Ability to manage tight time frames and perform multiple and competing tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
