Hugh C. Judge, CTFA, CFP® Vice President and Portfolio Manager
Before Hugh joined R. M. Davis, Inc. in 1997 as Vice President and Portfolio Manager, Hugh was Vice President and Senior Trust Officer, Private Clients Group for Bank of America from 1985–1997 and a Personal Trust Administrator for Bankers Trust Company from 1984–1985.
Hugh graduated from Wesleyan University in 1981. He is also a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), graduate of the ABA National Trust and Graduate Trust Schools at Northwestern University and the New England School of Banking Trust Program at Williams College. Hugh is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning CFP® Certification Professional Education Program and obtained his Certified Financial Planner® certification in 2009.
Hugh has served on various community boards including The Portland Chamber Music Festival, The Portland Conservatory of Music, Portland Rossini Club, and Portland Symphony Orchestra, the Congregational Church in Cumberland, Maine and the Woodfords Congregational Church in Portland, Maine.
Hugh was born in Waterbury, Connecticut and now resides in Cumberland Foreside with his wife, Lois. They have three grown sons. In addition to being a cellist for 45 years, Hugh enjoys golf, running, classical music, reading history, family camping, hiking and sailing.
